today i want to speaking! huahuahua.
life is not easy as you thought. so you must wonder, if life is not easy, how we can make it become easy. hence we will be happy all the time. after searching and making some googling. i have found the keys.

there are so many keys but i have choose 3 for myself & U.
there are so many ways that we can define happiness. sometimes people dont recognize that they are happy until their friends ask them.
"hey, why you looks so happy today? wanna share with me?" ......
it is because, anger can have a negative health effects on your mind and body.it cant be release by punching a wall, breaking something near you, yell at people you angry with, crying or else. but many people think that these activities are the best way to release their anger levels. instead of doing like that, you may go and sit in a quiet area. then try to take a deep breath for one minute, and then if possible, try to solve the problem in a calm situation. the situation like people against your wishes, desires or expectations may lead you to anger. This is natural reaction but the problem happen when you cannot let it go. So the first secret or key to create a happy life is no matter what emotions you feel, heart needs to remain free of anger.You also must try your best to be calm at all times. Don’t allow small things to stress you out.
(2)The second key to unlocking a happy life is begins with appreciation.
You must learn to appreciate what you have before you finding the things that you don’t belong to. You must understand that no one in this world got everything that they want in life especially happiness. It is because you can’t buy the happiness, but it will come to you without words.Sometimes, you may look around you and say,
“Well, I don’t have the car that I want. I don’t have dress that I want, I don’t have health I want, and I don’t have beauty I want”.
Then please wake up! It is not important to think what you did not have. Else, be focus on what you already have that you are grateful for. And it might be the eyes so you could see the beauty of world. It might be the clothes that you have. And it might be a healthy life that you have and so on.As we know that, most of us do not enjoy what we have because we desire to get more and more. It is proven that people who are always seeking more than what they have are not happy as people who are know how to appreciate what they already have. Hence to get a happy life you must use this key, which is appreciating things

(3)The last key is by starting and ending your day with a smile.
Because, smiling has it owns power. There is no need for words to describe your feeling. Just smile. And when people smile back at you, it will upgrade your mood and then make you feel better. Besides, when you smile or laugh, the muscles in your face will stimulates your brain to produce happy chemicals. The chemical is including the feeling of wellness which makes you happy. Hence find humor in everything around you.
